Iceland in last 16 after beating Austria

Iceland will play England in the last 16 of Euro 2016 after Arnor Ingvi Traustason’s winner against Austria.

Debutant Traustason came on in the second half and poked home in injury time to seal second place in Group F.

Jon Dadi Bodvarsson scored the opener for Iceland in the first half, before Aleksandar Dragovic struck the post with a penalty for Austria.

Alessandro Schopf netted a lovely individual equaliser, but Austria went out after finishing bottom.

Iceland join Slovakia and Northern Ireland in progressing as a team who finished third in their group after gaining three points from their three games.
